Immediate opening for a window film installer. Tap And Tint is currently seeking a highly motivated individual who can remove and apply window tint for our newly opened shop in Calgary.
We are looking for someone who has experience working with newer vehicles, experience in sales, and a passion for the industry.
Must be experienced installing and removing tint with pre-cut patterns as well as hand cutting.
- Window tinting installation: 3 years minimum (mandatory)
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License (required)
- Great attention to detail

- Able to work independently (unsupervised) and in a team setting with others
- Relatable trade experience is an asset (detailing, vinyl wrapping, paint protection film, ceramic coating)
- Must have the ability to explain and make recommendations to clients when needed
- Knowledge or experience of PPF, Vinyl Wraps, and/or Ceramic Coating is an asset
- Apply window tint on windows, windshields, headlights, taillights, in homes and offices as requested by the client
- Must be able to complete work in a timely manner and stay on schedule
- Must be proactive and solution-oriented
- Must be open to upgrading skills and taking company-provided training
- Communicate effectively with clients on their requirements and make recommendations as needed
- Perform quality inspections and touch-ups as required
- Keep the shop and work environment clean and organized at all times
- Review the completed job with the client during pick-up
- Remove old window film when required
- Must be able to effectively demonstrate the differences between the tint films we carry
- Must be able to understand client needs, explain solutions, and make recommendations as needed
- Install tint on-site at the shop or at the client’s address, as required
- Must be able to work 4, 8, and/or 10 hour shifts
- Day and evening shifts
- Monday-Friday or Wednesday-Sunday shifts
- 40 hours a week, with the opportunity to work overtime
